Whether you’ve never written creatively before or are on your fifth novel, this group is designed to build confidence, learn new techniques and meet other friendly writers. All you need are your favourite writing materials – a pen and paper are perfect.

Fran Bushe is an award-winning writer, comedian and performer. Her first book was published by Hodder and Stoughton in 2021 and she has written for Channel 4 Comedy, Comedy Central and is under commission for a television project. Her play A Gig for Ghosts won the Soho Theatre Tony Craze Prize and was listed in the best theatre of 2022 by The Guardian. Her most recent play Keep In Mind had a sharing at The Criterion Theatre and her play Alive Day is published in 20 Short Plays with Big Roles for Women.
